Funding For Fashion Business Through Bank Of Industry

The Bank of Industry just introduced a new fund to support the fashion value chain in Nigeria. The fund is about N1.0 billion and targeted mainly at garments, women’s shoes, handbags and jewelry/accessories which can be expanded in the nearest future.
From the recent statistics, the fashion industry contributes about 0.47% to Nigeria's GDP and with funding assistance for small entrepreneurs, this percentage can be increased.

The fund is mainly targeted at limited liability companies and enterprises promoted by women or such companies that women make up a majority share holding of not less than 50%. This is a great opportunity for women to thrive and build their businesses.

Below show is a caption of the details of the funds, eligibility criteria and terms of the fund.
